Self-Paced, 30 Day On-line Course
This course contains 21 prompts, reflections and activities to serve you to begin to tell the story that truly reflects who you are. There is no “right” or “wrong” way to do this course. You are welcome to navigate this course however best suits you: may I suggest time in between prompts to absorb and reflect.
What: The stories we tell ourselves about ourselves impact how we view ourselves, interact with others and navigate within the world. These stories impact our actions, our decisions, and how we move through situations and challenges. They impact our personal lives and our work lives.
There’s science to back this up: Our brains interpret and understand the world around us through story. We also understand ourselves through story based on what we were told about ourselves by our parents, grandparents, family, teachers, friends, we then create the story of who we are. Or who we think we are.
The good news is we have the ability to re-wire our brains to tell a different story. And the prompts, reflections and activities within the course are intentionally designed to do just that!
From uncovering and shedding past labels and descriptors that no longer serve you to discovering who you truly are today, each module takes you on a journey toward your new narrative.
